What happens if my artwork is damaged on arrival via post?
If your artwork is damaged on arrival a full refund/repair will be issued provided the following conditions are met.
· Report to me within 48–72 hours of delivery.
· Provide photos of the damaged art and the damaged packaging (crucial for insurance claims) via email peculiarparlour@gmail.com.
· Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind about your acquired art. The following terms must be met for a refund.
7 to 14 days after delivery notification is the acceptance window for change of minds. This is why it is essential that you open and inspect your purchase promptly when it is delivered. We are unable to extend this refund past day 14 of delivery receipt.
The artwork must be in original packaging and "as-new" condition.
You must pay for return shipping and insurance.
After the artwork is received safely my end, a refund will be processed.
